"Alive" means a scan succeeded in the last three hours. A kind that has never run says so; a run that started and has not finished shows as running; a finished run is either ok or failed, with the scraper's note beside it. A WAF challenge or a non-JSON body aborts a run and records it here as failed; it is never worked around.
